Terms of service
Last updated 7 September 2026.
These terms cover the Shopify apps Korbora publishes. Installing an app is agreement to them. A bracketed line is a fact that has not been filled in yet; it stays visible until it is.
Who you are dealing with
The apps are provided by Digitasodas MB, company code 305676811, registered in Lithuania at K. Čerbulėno g. 17-2, LT-47266 Kaunas, Lithuania, publishing as Korbora. Contact: info@korbora.com.
The service
Each app does what its page on korbora.com says it does, and does not do what that page says it does not do. Korbora may change an app’s features; a change that removes something you rely on is announced 30 days in advance by email to your store’s contact address.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s app billing, on the interval you choose, and appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices and limits are listed on each app’s page and in the Shopify App Store; if the two differ, the App Store listing applies. Paid plans of Korbora Quantity Rules & MOQ start with a seven-day free trial, and development stores are free.
Refunds
Charges already made are not refunded as a rule. If something went wrong on the app side, write to info@korbora.com and Korbora will look at it. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time, and you are not charged again; every Korbora app has a free plan, so you can try before you pay. Any refund is issued through Shopify app billing; Korbora never handles card details.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your store, its products and its customers. Korbora Bury Sold Out changes collection order only after you approve a run; Korbora Quantity Rules & MOQ enforces the rules you set. Review what you approve and what you configure. Keep your Shopify account secure; the apps act with the access you granted at install.
Acceptable use
Do not use an app to break Shopify’s terms, the law, or the rights of others, and do not interfere with the service or try to reach data that is not yours.
Availability
Korbora aims to keep the apps available but does not promise uninterrupted service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the liability of Korbora for anything arising from an app is limited to the fees you paid for that app in the twelve months before the claim. Korbora is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue or lost data, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.
Ending the agreement
You end it by uninstalling the app. Korbora may end it by notice to your store’s contact address if you break these terms, or if the app is withdrawn; in the second case you receive 30 days of notice. What happens to your data after uninstall is in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, unless the law of your country gives you the right to your own courts.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced by email to your store’s contact address at least 30 days before they apply.
